I tried this and thought I won't have any trlobue with this!!! I found out differently. I have been trying to be more proactive by doing yoga and some Posture exercises standing against a wall. I was good for the most part exept for a three inch area on my left wrist. I thought how odd I bent the wrist up and forced it down and found a pain beneath my right shoulder blade. I will definitely be looking to be more proacrtive in my stretching and am looking forward to learning more of your program.
