I was able to keep my back on the floor comfortably and neck in nomarl position. I could not bring my wrists to the floor. Space was about 2 to 3 inches between wrists and floor.I have had scoliosis and DDD for many years. I have tried chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy and machine exercises since the beginning of March 2012. I'm taking a break from all that and am now learning some Feldenkrais at home with my husband reading the movements. I've been researching on the internet and came across your video for correcting piriformis syndrome and was very impressed and therefore clicked on your website. By the way, I'm 76 years old.
