Hi Judy! The exercises from the free sirees will get you started in the process of feeling the right shoulder and chest position more naturally or organically.BUT I need to tell you to at least make sure you don't have a disc problem in your lower neck because C5 nerve root issues can cause pain in the area you're describing.
